BERNHARD SCHULTE SHIPMANAGEMENT In order to serve our clients even better in the future all the ship management companies of the Schulte Group will merge as per 1st of January 2008 into one brand: BERNHARD SCHULTE SHIPMANAGEMENT.

The new structure, in which all the former ship management companies in the Schulte Group will join forces, will give us unique strength, knowledge and resources, enabling us to provide high-quality ship management and services related hereto and to support our clients in attaining their business goals. As a part of the restructuring process Baltic Marine Gdynia Sp. z o.o.will change name to BERNHARD SCHULTE SHIPMANAGEMENT (Poland) Sp. z o.o.
